Take a look at this Oxfordshire wedding at the gorgeous Dovecote Barn. One of my favourite local venues and it never fails to disappoint being back here!
These two were such good fun from start to finish, they both looked super suave for starters as you can see. I loved Hayley’s long sleeved dress so much and it fitted her like a dream! and Joe’s suit was perfect for the autumn theme of the wedding.
After both debating whether or not to have a big event, they decided to have the best of both worlds, they got married at Bodicote Registry office with just the closest family and friends, then went for a pub lunch with the nearest and dearest before taking a ride in their big red bus back to Dovecote Barn in Adderbury where the party began and the rest of their family and friends came to help celebrate!
I was keeping an eye on the sun for a while waiting for the perfect time to whisk the couple away for some sunset pictures, and as I know Dovecote so well I knew the perfect field to make the most of the sunset! Luckily for us, it was such lovely weather all evening and they could make use of the garden as well as the stunning barn!
One of my favourite parts of the evening was the dancing.. Ear Candy Oxford took the stage and boy did they get the crowd going! You can tell by the pictures that this family came to party and shapes were thrown.
Smoke bombs, sparklers, buzzing dancefloor, a sunset and a cool and gorgeous loved up couple, what more could you want as a photographer from a wedding?!
