What a dream it was to work with the talented girls at The Native Florist to create this magic! Teaming up with the amazing Alice Derbyshire, we wanted to do the venue, The Matara Centre, in Tetbury justice by showing off its quirky areas and beautiful rooms! Bride for the day Immie did an amazing job with this and we are so pleased we chose her to work with for this project!
I think the rest of the team we’re a bit shocked when my first port of call was to photograph our gorgeous model in front of this wall in our ‘getting ready room’ at the venue, despite the beautiful grounds and quirky greenhouses and set ups. However, I think you’ll agree this wall works soo well with the stunning flowers Rose from The Native Florist made up for this, pastel pinks along with ribbons by Kate Cullen Style!
You may also spot some amazing live floral earrings, casually thrown together by Rose at The Native Florist, which I think you’ll agree is super unique and adds a real boho and country vibe to the shoot, perfect to match the rest of the florals styled with this scene. I love getting to work with such talented florists who have the same eye and style as me, so it was an absolute dream being able to work with these two. I also hope to be back to this amazing venue one day, those who know me personally will know how much I love Asian culture and the quirky little touches linking to the continent is so nice to see, including the sri lankan name!
We were absolutely ecstatic that Love My Dress would like to feature this on their blog and socials in the coming months, so keep an eye out for that.
