Walton Hall, Warwickshire hosted this gorgeous wedding for Sophie + James. This wedding had STYLE! I absolutely loved James and the groomsmen’s suits- super smart! and well you can see how beautiful Sophie looks in her dress from the pictures! We had such a laugh with these two, and their speeches had us in stitches and tears also! (well done on that boys).
Walton Hall’s grounds make it so easy for me to get great pictures, the fields surrounding offer so many nice spots as well as the gorgeous lake around it! that’s not to mention the actual building itself which offers the most amazing stained glass windows going up the stairway, which you’ll see in one of the shots below.
The rooms are also one of my favourite places to use for bridal prep photos, the lighting coming through the big windows is great. I’ve even had and recommended brides to use this suite for their wedding even if they’re not getting married here!
We also came to the venue to photograph the couples pre wedding shoot, it’s always nice to get an example of what the photos are going to be like on the day and a good way to suss out which spots you like before the day! Pre wedding shoots are included in all of my photography packages and are a great way to feel a little more relaxed on the wedding day. Most couples have this idea in their head of what being photographed is going to be like but they always say to me it wasn’t as bad as they first thought.
